Just then as if by magic Faith willed down the hall. I she was even more beautiful then I remembered. She did not walk with confidence.  She looked uneasy about something and lost in thought I had no idea way.

Willow must've sensed that because she asked me “she's coming isn't she?”
Which made me think to myself, how does she do that?

I simply told her “yes she is” and then I turned to Faith and said “hey nice to see you again”


Faith was surprised “Oh hi Heather.” She still seemed distracted “what are you doing here?”
I blushed and told her “Willow and I have art class now, and it's not far.”  After a bit of hesitation, I decided to just go for it and hope for the best “so, you want to go out tonight?”

I felt like every eye in the building was on me.  I felt in my gut that I made a terrible mistake in my heart was pounding so loud that I could swear everyone could hear it.

But Faith just started smiling, and she said “shire when?”  At that moment, those two words were the most beautiful sounds in the whole world.

I gave an awkward laugh and said “how about, around seven?”

A smile lit up her face and she said “seven it is”

After that we had to get to class. I didn't know it then but Stripes the school bully was listening in on our conversation.

After class the three of us had lunch together.  Willow and I bought today’s school lunch a chicken sandwich. Faith brought hers from home.  From what I can tell, it seemed to be leftovers.

I know, they usually say, three is a crowd.  It didn't seem that way, this time.  Getting to know Faith combined with Willow’s words of wisdom made it the most enjoyable lunch I ever had at school.

That was until Stripe, decided to pay a visit.  Stripe got her nickname, because she dies her hair to resemble a skunk. She has a nose ring, which is in violation of the school dress code, as well as a tattoo of the number six hundred and sixty six on fire on her left arm.  No one is really sure what her real name is or how she got accepted at Peach Blossoms.  But everyone agrees she's a royal pain in the neck.

Stripe then proceeded to flip my lunch tray over, spilling the food onto my lap. She then said “I heard something interesting about you earlier”

I hade no idea what she meant. Then I realized that she must've heard me talking to Faith.  I knew this was a bad Stripe usually pick on people for no reason.  Now that she knew I was different.  I couldn't imagine what fate was to come.

Willow spoke up “well if you are pathetic enough so that you need to make others feel bad for entertainment, then I really feel sorry for you.”  Willow was pretty steamed at her.

Stripe was unfazed “What eve, Blind Bandit. Go back underground ware you belong”   

Just then I came up with an idea of how to take care of her. I told her “That the best you can do?” Willow and Faith looked pretty surprised.  “Come on Blind Bandit, she’s heard that one a thousand times. Even she could see that coming a mile a way.”

Faith the said “Spilling food is that rely the best you can do? How did you become top dog when you clearly can’t do any thing but the basics?”

Stripe got made and stormed off after that the three of us were pretty happy after that. Then Faith turned to me and did something really an expected.  She gave me my first kiss. It was just a little peck but it was like noting I ever felt before. It was like magic.

Then willow said “You are the cutest couple I ever seen”

Then I said with a giggle “Thanks Willow…hay”
